Thank you for visiting and shopping at RALOSY. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Free on orders above ₹1000 (otherwise ₹40). Estimated delivery: 7-14 days.

Expedited Shipping: Free on orders above ₹2000 (otherwise ₹80). Estimated delivery: 3-5 days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes RALOSY is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages and Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipment carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
